Our Little Levellers classes are focussed directly on our younger students.

We have taken our tried and tested Levels class structured, and modified it to ensure that even the youngest of athletes can find the sessions fun, engaging and valuable, ultimately leading them up to joining our normal programme later in life!

This class will run on a cyclic structure, passing through both grappling and striking multiple times over the course of the year.

Classes comprise of mobility work, technical drills, conditioning and sparring.

Equipment needed:
- Gloves (men 16oz/ladies 14oz)
- Shin guards
- Gumshield (for sparring)

This membership is for adults and allows you to book all available Adults K1 kickboxing classes each week.
