Pregnancy Pilates

A class for mums-to-be, suitable from 12 weeks.  £78 for a course of 6 weeks. 

Our weekly Pregnancy Pilates classes will nurture you through movements that will help your body cope with the growing weight of your baby, remain as free and mobile as possible, and avoid tightness, aches, and pains. Learn how to connect, relax, and control the power of breath with the function of the pelvic floor for labour. Strengthen and prepare your body for an active birth and the physical demands of motherhood. As part of the classes you can also access our Happy Mamas pregnancy members area where you can access a mini-library of on-demand classes and helpful downloadable guides so that you can feel your best throughout your pregnancy. 

Please note this runs as a block of 6 weeks, if you miss a class you have the option to receive a pre-recorded class.
