Annual mat class membership
Your annual studio membership package gives you access to 39 mat classes per year to be taken on the same day and time, with the exception of holiday swaps. The membership splits your termly payments into 12 monthly payments. Please note classes run during term times only; any classes outside of these term times are not included in the membership. Please check out our term dates before purchasing a membership—a 30-day notice is required for membership cancellation.

    Terms and conditions
    By taking up a membership you accept the below terms:
    - This membership bills every month.
    - The first payment is due on the membership's start date.
    - This membership entitles the purchaser to 39 mat classes per year offered by the business. Restricted to 1 class per week, you may choose to take this class at same day and time each week and this will reserve your space in the class for as long as you are a member.
    - You may swap classes where you are on holiday and the swap takes places outside of the 24 hour cancellation windows.
    - Classes cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited and cannot be swapped.
    - Classes not attended and not cancelled in TeamUp are classes as 'no show' and will be counted towards your allowance.
    - There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy and it will not be assessed on a case by cases basis.
    - You must remove yourself from a class you are unable to attend due to holidays in order to allow for others to swap.
    - From time to time, it may be necessary to make last-minute changes to the class schedule due to circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, your class will be credited back to your membership for use at a later date. Please note that no cash alternatives or refunds will be provided.
    - Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable.
    - Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership and it is your responsibility to update your card should it expire.
    - 30 days notice is required for membership cancellations. Upon notice of cancellation we will acknowledge your request and advise you of your last payment date, the amount of your payment and last class with us.
    - Membership pricing is subject to annual price adjustments. Reasonable and fair notice will be given in the case of any price adjustments applied to your Membership
