Postnatal Pilates - Babies, Pilates and Lattes
A gentle, supportive course designed especially for new mums and their babies, 7 weeks £98
Suitable from birth until your baby starts crawling. Each session includes 1 hour of restorative Postnatal Pilates, followed by 30 minutes to relax with tea and connect with other mums. It’s a lovely chance to move your body, breathe, and enjoy some social time in a welcoming space. Our Postnatal Pilates programme is carefully designed to help your body recover and rebuild strength after pregnancy and birth. Throughout the course, we’ll guide you in: Reconnecting with your breath - Activating and strengthening your pelvic floor. - Gently restoring your abdominal muscles - Checking for diastasis recti.- Building strength safely and gradually from the inside out.
Classes are relaxed and baby-friendly, so you can come as you are — feed, cuddle, and settle your baby whenever needed.
Terms & Conditions
The course is delivered as a block of classes. Please check all course dates before booking, as refunds, credits or transfers cannot be offered for missed sessions.
If you are unable to attend a class, we will provide access to a pre-recorded session that you can complete in your own time.
If you need to cancel your place on the course, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice before the course start date. If we are able to fill your place, we will issue a refund less a £5 administration fee to cover processing costs.
