A 4-week introductionIf you’re new to Pilates, starting with the foundations makes all the difference.This 4-week beginner mat course with Beth has been designed to introduce the key principles that underpin our teaching at Lauren Hilton Pilates. Rather than rushing through exercises, you’ll focus on understanding how your body moves, helping you build strength, stability and awareness that will support you in every class that follows, and in daily life.Across the four weeks, you’ll learn the key Pilates fundamentals, including alignment, breathing, core support and controlled movement.
