Youth Fitness & Art Summer Camp

​Jab & Flow is proud to partner with Hammer & Stain Lower DE to present our Fitness & Art Summer Camp! Sessions are offered daily from 9:00am to 1:00pm June 24th through August 30th, 2024. Open to ages 7-12.

If your kids are getting way too little physical activity and way too much screen time, we're here to help!

​Our goal is to help the local youth community develop a love for fitness by making exercise fun and to spark their creativity through hands on arts and crafts projects.
