Our Semi-Private Ladies classes make it easier, and much more affordable, for anyone to take advantage of a personal training session, just with a small group of people. Instead of one-on-one training, you are in a group of ladies who have similar fitness goals. We limit each group class to just 10 ladies, to ensure a high quality, personal approach to each session.

Each session offers a full session total-body, modifiable, and fun workout, to help build strength and endurance together. Working with Northern Ireland's top female coaching team, you will be instructed through your workouts with the added benefit of motivation from your peers.

Combining proven strength training techniques, a personalised training program, nutrition guidance, and support and guidance from Coach Grace or Coach JoJo, using a varied but structured approach, your goals are attainable!

Your body will be continually challenged through a combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training), resistance, circuit and cardiovascular training modules. This varied but structured programme is then tailored to your own specific fitness level, preventing the body from reaching a state of plateau and encouraging optimal fat loss.

Our Mummy & Me classes are designed to ease you back into exercise, strengthen that core and pelvic floor, and create beautiful bonds with your little one, over 8 weeks of gentle, progressive movement.

Expertly coached by Coach JoJo, with over 20 years of childcare experience, and being pre & post natal qualified, she understands the unique needs of new mums. This class is a gentle reintroduction to fitness, tailored to your postnatal body.
