This membership includes unlimited use of:

Sauna – for deep muscle relaxation and improved circulation.
Ice Baths – to reduce inflammation and speed up recovery.
Plunge Shower – a refreshing way to invigorate your body post-session.
Changing Rooms – fully equipped for your convenience before and after your recovery sessions.
Access Rules:
Sauna, Ice Baths, Plunge Shower: Unlimited
Changing Rooms: Included
Gym Floor: No Access
Classes: No Access

This membership does not include access to the gym floor or group classes.
You can cancel your membership with a minimum of 7 days' notice. Perfect for athletes, gym-goers, or anyone prioritizing their wellness and recovery in a relaxing environment.

Terms and conditions

This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
