Small group Functional Strength at Serida Fitness is a dynamic and effective way to improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness, while improving your technique and skill required for lifting weights. The sessions integrate strength training, functional movements, and conditioning exercises. Booking Process:
Strength classes operate on a monthly booking system (unless you’re PAYG and have contacted me in advance). Unlike our other classes that you can book directly, these require individuals to email me to secure a spot in the relevant session.
Towards the end of each month, I send out an email with the schedule for the upcoming month. At that time, members can reach out to book and reserve their spot. This month-to-month system helps ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to join.
