Small group Functional Strength at Serida Fitness is a dynamic and effective way to improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness, while improving your technique and skill required for lifting weights. The sessions integrate strength training, functional movements, and conditioning exercises.

The sessions are crafted to boost your confidence, energy levels, and metabolic rate; helping you feel fitter, stronger & leaner!

This membership is for 3 x Functional Strength sessions at our studio, based in Hawkhurst.

After purchasing this membership, you will be able to book in your sessions (up to 4 weeks in advance).

Valid for 4 weeks.

Single, one off payment (3 sessions x £12).
