This workshop focuses on creating amazing combos and transitions with some of Meg's Signature Spins on Static Pole. Meg will share technique based tips on how to slay explosive static moves around the base of the pole as well as aerially. Discover how to create energy in the body in order to effectively achieve spins, flares, pendulum swings and drops.
This is for intermediate polers and up. Must be able to aerially invert.
