'FLOW LIKE WATER: FREESTYLE FLOW + CHOREOGRAPHY WORKSHOP' (All Levels)
This 90-minute workshop on Spinny Pole is designed to help you unlock your own unique flow elements, so you can flow like water both on and off the pole. Learn how to create shapes that feel good in your body and incorporate them into your pole flow with ease. This class will emphasise graceful transitions, foundational freestyle elements, and will feature a short choreography sequence! All Levels welcome. Heels optional.
