*NEW COURSE Spinny Progression Mondays 5.30-6.30pm (City East)

Location: Templeton House, 33-34 Chiswell Street, EC1Y 4SF This course is for people who want to build on the skills you developed in Spinny Foundation. Over the 6 weeks you will develop your spin technique through more complex shapes, transitions and combos, and potentially start to invert on spinny pole. You'll build more confidence controlling the speed and control of spin, and play with more elements of beautiful spinny flow.
