COURSE Aerial Chains Foundation Tuesdays 6-7pm (West London TVC)

Always wanted to try Aerial Chains? This course is designed for people who are new to this awesome apparatus. During this 4 week course, you'll be introduced to the fundamentals of aerial chains and learn to create beautiful, dynamic shapes and spins on chains and develop your own repertoire of moves.

Open to everyone curious about chains who want to learn a new skill in a fun and professional safe space; no pole or aerial experience necessary. All moves and shapes will be adapted or progressed according to level :)
