Advanced Level 1 Pole Dancing Course Mondays 7.40-8.40pm

Location: Templeton House, 33-34 Chiswell Street, EC1Y 4SF 

Students who get to Advanced are lean pole skilled machines! If your friends could see what you’re achieving there’d be dropped jaws everywhere. You’ll focus not only on the moves, but the infinite number of combinations that keep you inspired and challenged.
To join Advanced Level 1 you need to be able to shoulder mount. The moves covered on the course include: 
Pike climbing, Walk over, Shoulder mount flips (from standing and from floor) Cupid Holly drop (2 variations) 
Brass monkey, Brass monkey grip, Aisha, Flying spin variations, Candy cane, Hand spring prep, Aerial inverts, Superman variations, Combos Jade split, Reverse shoulder mount, Bow and arrow, Apprentice
