Strong Membership
Embrace the essence of strength with our Strong membership. Whether you're embarking on your fitness journey or aiming to push your limits further, our Strong membership is your starting point. Led by our expert coaches, you'll train in a small group driving each other forward in a focused and supportive environment in our Rossendale studio. Build unstoppable momentum on your strength journey.

Our Strong membership is a four week programme with eight small group sessions every Tuesday and Thursday morning and evening. Everything in this membership will be tracked from your lifts, your aesthetic results and your performance. Engage in specialised classes focusing on lifting techniques, strength-building, and perfecting form under expert guidance.

In addition you get full access to all of our Condition membership classes.
