Stretch and Strengthen Taster Class
Come join a free taster class at the open day at St Anne's!
This is a 30 minute taster version of our Tuesday Stretch and Strengthen class.
Flexibility training allows us to access new ranges of motion and restore lost movement, but doing this without strength and control can cause injury. In this class Isidora will lead us through becoming stronger and more mobile using cutting-edge techniques drawn from many disciplines, all of which can be adapted to your current flexibility.
