November Beginner's Course - 8 weeks (with 2 weeks break for Xmas/NY)
Weekly Coached Sessions every Wednesday at 7:30pm from November 12th - December 17th
(2 weeks break for Christmas/New Year)
Final 2 Sessions January 7th and 14th
2x Open Gym Sessions per week between Nov 12th and January 14th

1 to 1 induction
3x coached sessions 1hr each
Timescale to suit individual
1. Basic positions, 2. hang lifts, 3. low hang/floor & adding weight
Use all sessions within 30 days for best outcomes
Access to open gym for practice in between sessions
4 week basics of strength training course
Learn the correct technique for key strength training exercises
Squat, Hinge, Push & Pull
Learn variations, how to set up your training sessions, training logs, progressing your lifts over time, and what to do following the course!
