1. Membership & Billing
This is a rolling weekly membership billed every 7 days from your sign-up date.
Payments are taken automatically via your chosen payment method.
2. Freezes
You may freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks per year.
Freezes must be requested in advance by email.
Freeze periods pause billing and class registrations but do not refund past payments.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime after the initial 6 weeks with 2 weeks’ notice in advance by email.
Billing continues during the notice period.
No refunds are offered for previous payments.
4. Class Access
Membership includes access to all included Fitnabel classes (subject to booking availability).
Members must follow studio rules and coach guidance at all times.
5. Behaviour & Safety
Unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership.
You are responsible for training safely and notifying us of any medical conditions.
6. Studio Changes
Timetables, instructors and class types may occasionally change.
Temporary changes do not qualify for refunds or cancellation outside the notice period.
7. Personal Belongings
Fitnabel is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
8. Data Protection
We follow UK GDPR and only use your details for membership and class management.
9. Updates to Terms
Fitnabel may occasionally update these Terms to reflect operational changes.
Members will be notified if any significant changes are made.
