The Fitness Triad - Free Practical Gym Session

At OPEX Gatwick we are all about fitness for life....

Fitness for us is a combination of three things:

1. Exercise
2. Nutrition
3. Lifetstyle / mindset

This will be a free practical seminar in which we talk through principles of each element of the triad which attendees will be able to take away and start implementing themselves straight away. No upsells to what we do just honest simple advice which will help everyone.

Please come in workout clothing but don't worry we won't be doing anything that will be beyond anyone in the room.
