Introduction to yoga

A 6 week introductory course that is suitable for complete beginners or those returning to yoga after a break.

Course includes;

6 x 1 hour in-person weekly group yoga class.

Access to videos and homework to complete at home to help you in your journey

£10 voucher for a one-to-one class or massage session to help address any concerns you may have.
