Adults rolling reservation membership - Aerial classes (4 classes, every 4 weeks)

* If you would like to start your membership at a later date, you must still purchase the membership first and please do not register for any classes, as these will need to be removed to add your rolling reservation - we will then amend your start date up to 2 weeks in advance. Please note, the request must be made via email within 48hrs of purchasing and you must not have attended any classes.

With this membership, you will attend weekly classes with the option of having automated bookings for the same class each week, this will guarantee your class space and means you won't have to worry about remembering to book every week, easy! (Once purchased, we will contact you to see if you would like to add automatic bookings to your membership).

By purchasing this membership you will save over 20% OFF, making each class just £19!

If you can't make a class one week or just fancy trying a different class you are able also to swap to any class (just make sure you "'leave" you booked classes within 48hrs). The membership gives you access to all our classes gives you flexibility outside of your automated bookings, in addition to this your 4 credits can be used any time within the 4-week cycle, so if you can't make class one week you can double up the next week instead. Once your 4-week cycle is over, any unused credit will not be carried into your next billing cycle.

There is no limit to how many recurring class plan memberships you can have. So, if you would like to attend more than once a week please do purchase an additional plan!

*Please note : You can pause your membership at anytime for a minimum of 3 weeks, we need to be notified of this at least 1 wee in advance (2 weeks if pausing during school holidays) to be able to put this in place for you.
School holidays (Surrey County Council term dates). The system will pro rata your payments for the frozen period, once unfrozen things will continue as normal. Our weekday Hoop classes run on Wednesdays during the holidays and may have a slightly different start time.
*If you have not chosen to freeze your membership during the school holidays, you will automatically be booked into the corresponding holiday class and will need to cancel this at least 48hrs in advance if you choose not to attend. This membership is are non-refundable.

This plan is a direct debit, you will be charged £76 every 4 weeks until cancelled. There is a minimum 3-term commitment (12 weeks), after this, you can cancel your membership at any time.

Those on this membership will be subject to a late payment fee of 10% (£7.60) on failed payments that are not settled within 48 hours of the original due date. If you are aware that your payment may fail then please contact us via email at surreycircuscentre@gmail.com with at least 48hrs notice and we will do our best to be as accommodating as possible, note our office is open Monday - Friday, so you must contact us at least 48hrs in advance, within our working hours.
