*You can pause your membership at anytime for a minimum of 3 weeks, we need to be notified of this at least 1 week in advance (2 weeks if pausing during school holidays) to be able to put this in place for you.
The system will pro rata your payments for the frozen period, once unfrozen things will continue as normal.
School holidays (Surrey County Council term dates) : Our weekday Hoop classes run on Wednesdays during the holidays and may have a slightly different start time. Please bear this in mind when booking class passes for upcoming sessions, as they are non-refundable.
