Starting with gentle breath work to activate deep core muscles, the program gradually transitions to traditional core exercises, restoring vitality and confidence. Classes meet every Thursday at 11:15 a.m., with an at-home workout to reinforce progress—perfect for any postpartum mom (6 to 8 weeks postpartum and cleared by your doctor).
