Postpartum Core Recovery Fitness Camp with Dawn
This is a five week program of postpartum core progressions. We will begin with breath work strengthening the deepest core muscles and end with traditional core exercises to get you back into your fitness program. Class will meet every Friday at 10:15am and you will have an at home workout to complete on your own. Suitable for any postpartum mom as long as you have been cleared by your doctor (6 to 8 weeks).
