Are you on maternity leave? Join us to make other mom friends, process this transition, and explore your new identity as a mom. This is a professionally-led led by Christine Wulbecker, LCSW, PMH-C, a mental health therapist who specializes in working with moms.

Week 1: How you got here: conception, pregnancy, and birth.
Week 2: The importance of sleep for yourself and baby plus newborn sleep tips.
Week 3: Navigating relationship changes and challenges (relationships of all kinds!)
Week 4: Self-compassion, maternal mental health, self care and nutrition.
Week 5: Transition to motherhood identity and the balancing act of modern motherhood and return to work
