Tots and me Yoga
In Tots & Me Yoga, children will practice yoga while
embarking on a journey of joy and fun, which involves
performing silly animal poses, moving their bodies to
music, playing games, engaging in storybook yoga,
practicing various breathing techniques, and enjoying a
peaceful savasana at the end of each class.
