This membership includes three coached pole or aerial classes per week, plus three hours of open training per week, and is ideal for students who want to train frequently and build strength, skills, and confidence more quickly.

Classes are mixed-level, with instructors providing suitable options for all abilities.

Important Membership Terms:

• Includes 3 classes + 3 open training sessions per week

• Weekly credits must be used within the same week and cannot be carried over

• Open training credits must be used within the same week

• Classes may be moved within the same week if changed more than 24 hours before class

• Any changes made within 24 hours will result in the credit being used

• Missed sessions are forfeited and cannot be transferred

• Memberships and credits are non-refundable once purchased

Holidays & Time Away:

• Memberships are not paused or credited for short holidays or missed weeks

• If you are away for 2 weeks or more, class credits may be issued at the studio’s discretion

Pauses for Extenuating Circumstances:

• Memberships may be paused in genuine extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical)

• Supporting evidence may be required

• All pauses are assessed on a case-by-case basis

Billing & Cancellation:

• Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st of each month

• A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel

• All cancellations must be made via the booking system

Bookings & App Use:

• All bookings and changes must be made via the booking app

• If the app does not allow a change, it is outside permitted timeframes

• We are unable to manually override booking restrictions
