This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on event(s)/class(es) offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. This membership cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details below for more information.
By purchasing the 10 Class Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Active Membership Required: The 10 Class Pass is only available to customers who have a valid, active membership at the time of purchase and throughout the period in which the pass is used.
Membership Must Remain Active: Classes from the pass cannot be booked or used without an active membership.
Cancellation of Membership: If your membership is cancelled or ends for any reason, any unused classes remaining on your 10 Class Pass will be forfeited. No refunds, credits or transfers will be provided for unused classes.
10 Classes: The pass entitles you to 10 classes, which can be booked as and when required, subject to class availability and our usual booking and cancellation terms.
12-Month Expiry: The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused classes remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited or carried forward.
Purchase Limit: The 10 Class Pass is limited to one pass per customer in any 12-month period. A further 10 Class Pass cannot be purchased until 12 months have passed from the date of the previous pass purchase.
Personal Use Only: The pass is for the named customer's personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
Existing Policies Apply: All classes booked using the pass remain subject to our standard class booking, cancellation and attendance policies.
