A 45 minute appointment to discuss your individual nutritional needs, diet, health and lifestyle. During the appointment, you will have a food diary analysis to identify gaps and improvements with advice on nutritional implementation. You and the nutritionist will set collaborative goals to provide you with achievable actions. Finally, there will be a write up of your dietary amendments and goals with supplementary information and resources, if appropriate.

You and your nutritionist will review your food diary to identify positive changes and any areas of further improvement or adjustment for fine tuning your diet. This appointment is an opportunity to discuss particular symptoms, specific nutritional needs or changes. Finally, a goals review, with adjustment if necessary.
