This monthly membership entitles you to x1 class per week and a maximum of 46 classes over the year. If you're unable to make your preferred class, you will have the ability to cancel your space and choose another class for the same billing period. Please note that sessions do not roll over to the following billing period. (Subject to availability)
The pricing is based on 46 sessions over 52 weeks of the year. The payment is spread out to reduce the cost each month - bonus! Please keep in mind that there will be a break from all classes for 4 weeks in August and 2 weeks at Christmas.
1 x class = £10.17 (weekly fee)
48 x classes = £468 (annual fee)

Membership Perks:
Choose your class so that your space is always automatically reserved. If you go on holiday, your space will still be waiting for you when you get back! Don't forget, this plan also gives you preferential pricing!
Class Cancellations:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel a class. Once cancelled, you can then swap your class within the same billing period.
Membership Cancellations:
We require written notice for any cancellations.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
Cancelling your membership
Please note all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. It is essential to notify The Pilates Room at your earliest convenience to confirm cancellation request, expiry date and last classes available. If you are cancelling at short notice, payment for the following month may still be taken where the payment has already been scheduled. In these cases, account credits will be given for future purchases.
Refunds
Non-Usage:
No refunds will be granted if you choose not to use your Membership, regardless of the duration of non-utilization.
Failure to Cancel:
Refunds will not be provided if you fail to cancel your Membership within the specified cancellation period.
Suitability of Membership:
No refunds will be given if, post-purchase, you find that the Membership is not suitable for your needs.
Inability to Use Membership:
Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to use your Membership for any reason whatsoever.
