Applebees Beginners Class (ABC)

An 8 week course to introduce the basics of exercise

Build confidence, technique, strength and fitness in a non judgmental environment.
The course will include:
- importance of warming up/cooling down
- leg work
- upperbody work
- core work
- functional movements
- boxing and more


- 55 min session outside or in our studio at COACH (social distancing will be maintained)
- Access to a private facebook group
- filmed through zoom (recorded) and added into group to access at later date
- access to app
- workouts available including technique videos
