BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE – Starting Sunday 1st October 9am

Since we opened In January this year we have been working hard to solidify our position as the number 1 weight loss studio in Midlothian and have helped countless people achieve their dreams! And we are excited to bring you something incredible!

Now that the summer is over and winter is approaching, for 6 weeks, we are going to run a new programme that will completely change the lives of 20 people and will see the champion LOSER handed £200 in cash.

Here is what you will get:

* 6 Weeks of Training with us
* Weekly weigh in and measurements
* A 6-week Nutrition course that covers precisely how you will be able to keep your results for the rest of your life
* Suitable for all ability levels, but best suited to those with more than 1st to lose
* Full circle support from our awesome coaches and your peers in the group who are on the same journey

And it is completely free...but there ARE several 'catches'

1) You must NOT miss a session in the 6 weeks. You MUST attend one Biggest Loser Fitness class each week. Sessions take place at 8pm Wednesday 9am Sunday.
2) You must walk at LEAST 10,000 steps every day OR do one of the Biggest Loser home workouts.
3) You must report your nutrition progress every day to our Biggest Loser coaches.
4.) You must weigh in and take measurements once per week.
4) There is a 100% REFUNDABLE deposit of £149 to pay. Complete the challenge and we'll hand your cash back to you.

The challenge starts on 1st October at 9am with a Biggest Loser Welcome event at Level Ten Fitness Gym.
