1:1 sessions are a great way to start your Pilates practice, they are especially useful if you want to get a good grasp of the basics before going into a class or if you are unsure about your ability or movement capabilities.

They also allow you and your teacher to focus 100% on your body and sessions will be tailored to your needs, ability and goals.

We have a variety of equipment to use at the studio for 1:1’s, the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Arc, Ladder Barrel, Pilatessticks, Pilates Chair, as well as small equipment, including, hand weights, foam rollers, and fit balls.

Rhiannon is a Body Control Pilates Teacher, she has an eye for detail and a background in dance and movement and has an MA in Contemporary Dance. She will plan the sessions to suit your individual needs and abilities.
