Beginners Pilates Course, 4-weeks

If you've never done Pilates before or you've tried it but never got the hang of it then this course is perfect for you!

In this 4-week progressive course we'll cover in detail the fundamentals of Pilates, including core stability, pelvic position, breathing techniques, philosophy and relaxation.

These basics will then be brought together to form a sequences of exercises that will allow you to attend regular studio classes with confidence and build your own self-practice routine.

Classes are small to allow for individual attention which means you'll progress at your own pace.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
