8-week Mindfulness Course

What is mindfulness and how can mindfulness help me?

People are talking about mindfulness. It is recommended by the NHS and the Mental health charity MIND. But what is it and how could it help you?

Mindfulness can help you manage your wellbeing and mental health. It can enable you to:

* improve your sense of well being
* improve your sleep quality
* positively change the way you think and feel about your experiences (especially stressful experiences)
* increase your ability to manage difficult situations
* make wiser choices
* reduce levels of anxiety
* reduce levels of depression
* reduce levels of stress
* reduce the amount you over think things in your mind
* have greater self-compassion

This course is run by Liz, a Registered Mindfulness Teacher, Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. Each week you will get a workbook to guide you through the sessions, explain the science behind Mindfulness and give you hints, tips and exercises to do at home. All Meditations will be available for you to listen to at home.

The course is £125 for the full 8-weeks and includes weekly handouts and a printed course booklet.
