Beginners Yoga Course, 4-weeks

The Beginners Yoga Course at the Saltburn Studio is perfect for people looking to start Yoga and gain confidence before moving into a regular class. We run small, friendly and personal classes where you can develop at your own rate under the watchful eye of Becky, an experienced Yoga teacher.

Perhaps you've tried Yoga in a large gym based class without much personal attention and thought it wasn't for you, or you believe you're not flexible enough to try Yoga. We're here to challenge these ideas and to show you that Yoga is for everyone.

We'll cover, asanas (poses), breath-work, relaxation and meditation and varying styles of Yoga from slow to flowing, so you can get a feel for which you prefer.

Once you've completed the course, Becky will recommend a suitable class at the studio, or you may benefit from another short beginners course.

The 4-week Course is £30.
You may also book into single classes at £10 per class.
