3 .What do I need to bring?

A pinch of enthusiasm, some comfortable clothes and a water bottle will do just fine.

4 .I have an injury, can I still participate?

We advise you to check with your physician whether the injury could prevent you from taking part. We strive to keep all participants practising safely and only performing movements they feel comfortable doing. Drop us a message ahead of the event to discuss whether we can accommodate.
