Unlimited group sessions
This membership allows you to book unlimited amount of group sessions per week. Please do not read this as a personal challenge! Make sure you recover appropriately between sessions. If you are new to calisthenics we advise to attend no more than 2 sessions a week for the first few months of your training. Overtraining can lead to injuries. Even if your muscles are feeling okay, please mind that your tendons, ligaments and joints require longer time to adapt to the amount of strain you might experience training calisthenics.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
