If you are new to calisthenics we advise to attend no more than 2 sessions a week for the first few months of your training. Overtraining can lead to injuries. Even if your muscles are feeling okay, please mind that your tendons, ligaments and joints require longer time to adapt to the amount of strain you might experience training calisthenics.
