Due to midterm, this block will be 6 weeks of training & education in 5 weeks.
Phase1 is not a class. It’s a full programme that caters for all fitness and ability levels. Starting with a thorough introduction to your core, breathing, pelvic floor, diastasis recti and nutrition. After a full technique session on how to move correctly, the remaining 5 weeks of the programme gradually builds in intensity and complexity, covering a wide range of training styles.
Attend in person twice a week & complete your third workout at home.
