Personalisation
Please email the image you'd like to have on your notepad to info@pivotpolestudio.co.uk with your order number. We will then remove the background & turn it into a silhouette. You will receive a mock up before we finalise your order for your approval. Please note that personalised notepads are made to order so there may be a 2 week turnaround.

Collection / Delivery
Collect from the studio upon purchase. Alternatively if you would like your item(s) posting to you, please email info@pivotpolestudio.co.uk with your order number (on your email receipt) and your address & we will send an invoice for postage. Personalised notepads are non-refundable once your order has been finalised.

Returns & Refunds
Non-customised notepads can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. They must be unused & in a re-sellable condition.
