With Floorwork On Demand, you’ll learn to flow seamlessly across the floor, build strength through dynamic movement, and add finesse to your repertoire with poses, transitions, combos, and conditioning.
With Flexibility On Demand, you’ll work on breathwork, nerve gliding, foam rolling, and both active and passive flexibility to build strength, stability, and mobility — whether your goal is to touch your toes, improve your posture, or master your splits.
Both libraries will continue to expand in early 2026, with refreshed tutorials, routines, and brand-new content to keep your training inspired and progressing.
Billed on the 1st of each month. Memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment, after which you can cancel anytime directly through your TeamUp account without notice.
