Check our Booking, Cancellation and Door & Lateness Policy on the Class Descriptions and in all your automated email confirmations (check your spam).
Cancel more than 24 hours before your Studio Hire and your credit will be returned to your account to use until its original expiration date. Cancel within 24 hours and the credit is forfeited.
Buying this credit doesn’t guarantee a Studio Hire spot—check availability and book through our Calendar on web browser or our Pivot Pole Studio app.

Terms and Conditions
• This credit is applicable for: Studio Hire only.
• Studio Hire Bulk Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Book your classes within that 6 month window.
• Calendar sessions open 5 weeks in advance.
• All credit purchases are final, wholly non-refundable or transferable.
• Purchasing your Class Pack does not guarantee your space in class. These must be booked on the Schedule. We recommend checking availability before purchasing.
• You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. You can check your credit's expiration date via your TeamUp account. Expiration dates will not be extended by PPS under any circumstances.
• If you have multiple Class Packs on your account you can choose which pack you use by clicking "other registration options" when booking.
• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes where your Class credit will be applied back to it's original Pack. With less than 24 hours notice your credit will be forfeited.
• We will not refund/ exchange / fix any issues arising from these not being read. Please get in touch before buying if you have questions.
• Studio Hire cannot be for your own financial gain (teaching etc) without prior permission by PPS & CCTV will be monitored. Please email us at info@pivotpolestudio.co.uk to discuss before booking.
