Cancel more than 24 hours before your class and your credit will be returned to your account to use until its original expiration date. Cancel within 24 hours and the credit is forfeited.
Buying this credit doesn’t guarantee a booking —check availability and book through our Calendar on web browser or our Pivot Pole Studio app.
If you can’t do a 4-week Intro course, you can do 2 x 1-hour Private Lessons to cover the same content. After this, join any Intro Progression PAYG classes. Save £32 on usual Private prices. Private Lessons can be shared; Semi-Private cannot.
If no scheduled slots work, email privates@pivotpolestudio.co.uk to arrange a time. Semi-Private Lessons happen during Pole Practice sessions, giving you a pole and instructor while others train independently.
Terms and Conditions
• This offer is for beginner students only, or those who have only a couple of pole classes elsewhere as experience.
• This offer is NOT for polers with previous experience, current students of PPS or experienced polers looking for a new Studio. Please buy a Single Private Lesson, Semi- Private Lesson, Pack of 4 Private Lessons, or book a PAYG class instead.
• PPS reserves the right to cancel this credit if you are not a beginner or you are not eligible. A refund will be applied in this case only.
• All credit purchases are final, wholly non-refundable or transferable.
• Purchasing your Class Pack does not guarantee your space in class. These must be booked on the Schedule. We recommend checking availability before purchasing.
• Private Lesson Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Book your classes within that 6 month window.
• Calendar sessions open 5 weeks in advance.
• You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. You can check your credit's expiration date via your TeamUp account. Expiration dates will not be extended by PPS under any circumstances.
• If you have multiple Class Packs on your account you can choose which pack you use by clicking "other registration options" when booking.
• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes where your Class credit will be applied back to it's original Pack. With less than 24 hours notice your credit will be forfeited.
• We will not refund/ exchange / fix any issues arising from these not being read. Please get in touch before buying if you have questions.
