Your credit is valid for 5 weeks from the purchase date (e.g., buy on January 1st and use to book classes between 1st January and 4th February) on selected classes only. No extensions or exceptions.
Check our booking, cancellation, and lateness rules on the class descriptions. For PAYG classes, cancel 24 hours ahead or lose your credit.
Buying this credit doesn’t guarantee a class spot—check availability and book through our Calendar.

Terms and Conditions
• You must email us at info@pivotpolestudio.co.uk a photo of your valid Student ID within 24 hours of purchase (including it's expiration date). Without this we cannot allow you to attend class, your bookings will be cancelled and your credit refunded.
• All credit purchases are final, wholly non-refundable or transferable.
• Purchasing your Class Pack does not guarantee your space in class. These must be booked on the Schedule. We recommend checking availability before purchasing.
• Single Class Credits are valid for 5 weeks from the date of purchase. Book your classes within that 5 week window.
• You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. You can check your credit's expiration date via your TeamUp account. Expiration dates will not be extended by PPS under any circumstances.
• If you have multiple Class Packs on your account you can choose which pack you use by clicking "other registration options" when booking.
• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes where your Class credit will be applied back to it's original Pack. With less than 24 hours notice your credit will be forfeited.
• We will not refund/ exchange / fix any issues arising from these not being read. Please get in touch before buying if you have questions.
