Cancel more than 24 hours before your class and your credit will be returned to your account to use until its original expiration date. Cancel within 24 hours and the credit is forfeited.

Terms and Conditions
• Student ID: You must email us at info@pivotpolestudio.co.uk
a photo of your valid Student ID (including its expiration date). Without this we cannot allow you to attend class.
• Single Discounted Class Credits Validity: Credits are valid for 5 weeks (35 days) from the purchase date, but expire the day before the full 5 weeks ends.
Example: Purchase on 1st January → expires end of 3rd February.
Book your classes within this window.
• Calendar Access: Sessions open 5 weeks in advance.
• Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Booking Your Class: Purchasing a credit does not guarantee your spot in class. Classes must be booked via the schedule. We recommend checking availability before purchasing.
• Expiration Responsibility: You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. Check your expiration date in your TeamUp account. Expiration dates will not be extended by PPS under any circumstances.
• Multiple Class Packs: If you have multiple packs, you can choose which one to use by clicking “other registration options” when booking.
• Cancellations: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Credits will be returned to the original pack if canceled with 24+ hours notice. Less than 24 hours → credit is forfeited.
• Read Before Buying: We will not refund, exchange, or fix any issues arising from these terms not being read. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
