Terms and Conditions
• All credit purchases are final, wholly non-refundable or transferable.
• Your £10 paid will be applied against your next booking with us after your Consultation.
• Purchasing your Consultation Credit does not guarantee your space in a Consultation, nor book you in. These must be booked on the Private Lesson tab from our Schedule. We recommend checking availability before purchasing.
• Consultation credits are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Book your Consultation within that 1 month window.
• You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. You can check your credit's expiration date via your TeamUp account. Expiration dates will not be extended by PPS under any circumstances.
• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes where your credit will be applied back to it's original Pack. With less than 24 hours notice your credit will be forfeited.
• We will not refund/ exchange / fix any issues arising from these not being read. Please get in touch before buying if you have questions.
