Semi-Private Lessons take place during Pole Practice, so other Members will be present & independently training. You will have a Pole & Instructor to yourself.
Your credit is valid for 6 months from the purchase date, No extensions or exceptions.
If you're looking to share a Private Lesson with 1 to 7 more friends, please email privates@pivotpolestudio.co.uk to arrange as the pricing & booking is different
Check our booking, cancellation, and lateness rules on the class descriptions. For PAYG classes, cancel 24 hours ahead or lose your credit.

Terms and Conditions
• Purchasing your Class Pack does not guarantee your space in class. These must be booked on the Schedule. We recommend checking availability before purchasing.
• Private Lesson Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Book your classes within that 6 month window.
• You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. You can check your credit's expiration date via your TeamUp account. Expiration dates will not be extended by PPS under any circumstances.
• If you have multiple Class Packs on your account you can choose which pack you use by clicking "other registration options" when booking.
• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes where your Class credit will be applied back to it's original Pack. With less than 24 hours notice your credit will be forfeited.
• We will not refund/ exchange / fix any issues arising from these not being read. Please get in touch before buying if you have questions.
