Introduction to Pole Silks 4 Week Series (All Levels)

Adding pole silks to your existing pole repertoire makes for a stunning combination. Perform beautiful shapes and flowy combos - you’ll feel like you’re flying!  Pole silks is a stunning art form in its own right but it can also help unlock those nemesis pole moves you’ve been struggling with by literally supporting you in your practice. The silks are a great way to practice harder tricks with additional support and can also be a powerful tool for conditioning.

💗 This Course is suitable for: 
everyBODY! Zara’s silks classes are suitable for polers of any ability and experience. Non-polers are also welcome as pole silks are a very accessible medium. There are no prerequisites.

👙 What to wear / bring: 
Shorts to allow gripping the pole with your legs as well as leggings (not grippy leggings), a T-shirt which covers your arm pits and waist. Bring water, pole grip & a phone to record your progress. Long hair is to be tied up & all jewellery and watches removed. No tans, lotions or moisturiser applied the day of class.

💻 Bookings & Cancellations: 
All payments are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer make the course in it's entirety, if you give 72+ hours' notice, you can apply a credit for a future course. We recommend attending as many of the 4 sessions as possible. No make-up classes or transfers to other dates if you miss one or more sessions from your course. Arrive 5 minutes early & your Instructor will let you into the building, which is locked to the public so you cannot let yourself in. We can’t accommodate late arrivals, and no refunds for missed classes. The building is locked, no buzzer, and Instructors can’t take calls or emails.
